Drawing on over 20 years of experience in both conflict and organisational strategy, HR and communications, Lisa has passionately guided individuals and organisations through difficulties, reaching pragmatic and sustainable ways forward. 

Lisa recognises the importance dialogue plays in bringing cohesion to corporate cultures, overcoming systemic problems and assisting them through difficulties from organisational failures and/or periods of change. 

Her holistic skillset comes from both business and conflict management experience. She is particularly noted for her empathetic yet pragmatic approach and her ability to work with people at all levels. Bringing energy and creativity to everything she does is a hallmark of her approach.
